Implementing an organized and thorough process is a key to a recovery that will maximize the Federal funding under the Public Assistance program.

As such, BlackstoneDRS will:

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the disaster damages.
• Capture and document all the disaster losses and related costs.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the current and future facilities and infrastructure needs, the stakeholder’s recovery goals and the post recovery vision for each damaged facility.
• Identify and advise on key FEMA recovery policies, as well as State and local requirements pertaining specifically to the effected community or the specific damaged facilities and the implications on their recovery.
• Devise a recovery plan that will maximize the available Public Assistance Program grant funding to achieve the recovery goals and vision.
• Implement the recovery plan while performing all the necessary Public Assistance Grant Management tasks.
• Ensure retention of all Public Assistance obligated funding with a vigorous Public Assistance Project Management controls during the reconstruction phase.
