Project Management

The Public Assistance Program provides funding for Project Management activities.

FEMA policy defines the Public Assistance Program Project Management as “Oversight of an eligible project from the design phase to the completion of work” and project procurement, design phase document review, and construction oversight are eligible provided the activities are “tracked and directly related to a specific, eligible project”.

BlackstoneDRS closely engages in the following Public Assistance Project Management activities as the accurate implementation of these key functions will determine a subgrantee’s ability to retain the approved Federal funding:

  • Ensure that Project Worksheet’s scope is meticulously followed during reconstruction.
  • Review periodic invoicing and payments for compliance with program requirements.
  • Facilitate timely submittals of necessary PW Scope of Work changes (Version requests).
  • Ensure adherence to statutory deadline and mandatory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with grant conditions and programmatic requirements.
