The following list of approved tasks highlight only some of the eligible \u201cDirect Administrative Costs\u201d (DAC) used to administer the Public Assistance Program:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"txt-title\">Project Listing &#038; Development Tasks:<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"servicespro\">\r\n\r\n<li>Assemble detailed damages listing.<\/li>\r\n<li>Prepare Project Worksheet files.<\/li>\r\n<li>Prepare &#038; submit initial damages data &#038; cost estimates.<\/p>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<br>\r\n<p class=\"txt-title\">Project Formulation Tasks:<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"servicespro\">\r\n\r\n<li>Conduct site inspections<\/li>\r\n<li>Prepare project specific Disaster Damage Description (DDD)<\/li>\r\n<li>Compile and review Project Worksheet proposed Scope of Work (SOW)<\/li>\r\n<li>Review Project Worksheets documentation<\/li>\r\n<li>Identify, obtain, and review Hazard Mitigation Proposals<\/li><br>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"txt-title\">PW Processing Tasks:<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"servicespro\">\r\n\r\n<li>Review completed Project Worksheets<\/li>\r\n<li>Obtain and process documentation requests from FEMA and State<\/li>\r\n<li>Prepare, submit and facilitate needed corrections to project Worksheets<\/li>\r\n<li>Identify and process Project Worksheet scope changes (Version requests)<\/li>\t\r\n\t<\/ul>\t\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\n\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Grant Management FEMA provides Public Assistance grant funding for administrative costs directly related to Projects Worksheets preparation.
